Service Description
Exterior Detail Package - from $150 (Up to 4 hours) Main Services: → Thorough wash and dry exterior of the car. → Wax or seal the paint for protection. → Clean and dress tires and wheels. → Clean and polish chrome and metal surfaces. → Clean and treat exterior trim and plastic parts. → Remove tar, bugs, and other stubborn stains. → Clean and treat exterior glass. → Conduct a final inspection and quality control checks. Add-on Services (Optional): → Engine bay wash and protection. → Clay bar/iron decontamination wash/premium hand wax. → Black trim restoration (lasts 6+ months). → Headlight restoration (lasts 6-12 months). Additional Details: • Pricing is for an average daily driven vehicle with normal wear and dirt. • Vehicles will be inspected at the time of service for excessive dirt, bugs, tar, or debris and may incur a surcharge. • Clients are required to provide a water connection and power. Mates will bring extension cords and hoses to extend up to 100ft from the site. • Services are weather permitting and may need to be rescheduled. Clients will be notified in the event of a weather-related rescheduling. This package and its add-on options provide a comprehensive solution for clients looking to pamper and 'reset' their vehicle exterior with a thorough and of course, detailed wash and clean, rounded off with a standard paint protection to protect against the elements. We do require water connection and power, but will supply hoses and extension cords to reach as far as 100ft from the wash site. Services are weather permitting and may need to be rescheduled. Mates of Knoxville will call ahead in the event of a weather delay or to reschedule. Once booked, expect to receive a call or text from your Service Detailer to confirm details and discuss any additional points ahead of your booking.
Cancellation Policy
Mates Mobile Detailing Booking Policy -We provide on-location services within our designated area. -$50 deposit required for online bookings, (non-refundable, except where service address is outside of our service area or service is cancelled due to persistent weather issues), and applied to the service cost. -Cancellations/rescheduling permitted up to 24 hours before the appointment subject to availability. -Bookings made by addresses outside of our service area will be cancelled and deposit refunded in full. -We do require access to Water + Power. -We aim to adhere to scheduled times but may have slight overruns due to weather, adverse traffic conditions, a more complex previous job than anticipated, etc. We will notify you ASAP and update with expected arrival in such an event.
